Matt leads Business Development at Triad, where he bridges the gap between complex technical problems and sustainable outcomes for our clients. With a background spanning technology, finance, and operations, he approaches every deal as a structural challenge. His goal is to design partnerships where the engineering is sound, the financial logic is clear, and both Triad and the client walk away with a win.

In an office with two Matts so far, Matt earned the nickname "Sonic" for a reason: he moves fast and generates immediate momentum. For Matt, this isn't about rushing. It’s about Clarity. High performance is driven by the ability to cut through the noise and identify the strategic intent of a project quickly. By removing the friction that can typically slow down complex sales cycles, he helps clients move quickly from a state of chaos to a state of relief and excitement. He protects a client’s most expensive resource, time, by ensuring every move is intentional and valuable.

Matt is married to Katie and they have five children. He's also a runner, guitar enthusiast, and an active servant in his church. Whether he's logging miles on the road or leaning into his community, he's driven by a simple focus: stay consistent and ensure the people around him are positioned to succeed.
